Grace McCallum

Grace McCallum, Branksome Hall's 8th Principal, has nearly two decades of experience teaching in and leading International Baccalaureate schools across four continents. She is passionate about educating girls in STEM, leadership and entrepreneurship to empower them with the skills and confidence to drive positive change, shape industries and create innovative solutions for a more equitable future for all. She particularly finds joy in mentoring aspiring leaders and is dedicated to ensuring that girls have the support and mentorship they need.

An experienced public speaker, Grace has addressed the Association of German International Schools, the Association for the Advancement of International Education and was the keynote speaker at the the Women's Ed Conference in Germany.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and four-year-old Spoodle (a Cocker Spaniel-Poodle) named Maggie.

Lisa Damour

Dr. Lisa Damour is the author of three New York Times bestsellers: Untangled, Under Pressure and The Emotional Lives of Teenagers. She co-hosts the Ask Lisa podcast, works in collaboration with UNICEF and is recognized as a thought leader by the American Psychological Association. She maintains a private practice and also speaks around the world on the topics of child and adolescent development, family mental health and adult well-being. Dr. Damour works with industry leaders on topics related to adolescent mental health and was a consultant to Pixar on the film Inside Out 2. Dr. Damour graduated with honours from Yale University and worked for the Yale Child Study Center before earning her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Michigan.
